Physical Therapist needed in the Wilkes-Barre, PA or a full time position for the remainder of the 2017-2018 school year. Potential to renew for the 2018-2019 school year.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with children with special needs in their day to day functioning. It is important to have demonstrated knowledge of the care for the disabled and be able to work cooperatively with a diverse group of parents, teachers, and students in a confidential manner.
- Full Time 30/hours week
- Start Date: Now- End Date: Mid June 20-18
- 4 schools located on the same campus
- Schools experience is necessary- Must be familiar with IEP's and students with disabilities (autism, multiple,)
*Conduct evaluations and design effective treatments plans for the disabled students
*Assist in the identification of students in need of physical therapy through screening and evaluations
*Treat students with disorders to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and maintain maximum performance
